NEA LUX

september 1958

Rare first version of the famous Europiccola with brand NEA LUX. 

Dated September 1958, is one of the first machines produced. I know of only another one owned by my friend Gerald in the United States.

The ad was unappealing and would certainly go unnoticed if I had not looked at with the right  attention

and in fact did not look very good on arrival

 

but after a patient and thorough cleaning, here is the machine ready for assembly.

DETAILS

 

Practically new, chrome plating in order, just a thin layer of limestone on the heating element, base gasket still soft, here is the machine back to its original splendor.
