La Arin was produced in the 60s and 70s by Talleres Irimill of Barcellona.

The machine was launched at II Salon de la Electrificacion in Madrid as wrote on a newspaper article of  May 14, 1965. Made of stainless steel, was advertised as being able to do 60-80 coffee in one hour and with a yield of  20 shots for 100 grams of coffee. It cost about 5600 pesos in 1973, as you can see on an advertisement of the time.

It is the smallest of the lever machines, it seems like a toy, but its inventor has developed a brilliant idea: to create a group that contains not only the piston with the spring, but has functions as a boiler and hosts the heating element, all bolted with 4 bolts to the body of the machine that has the sole purpose of supporting the group.

It is not particularly rare and you can still find well-preserved specimen at reasonable price.
